Shipping policy

By placing an order with Gorgeouz Girlz, you agree to the following policies.

Shipping
• Processing Time: 1-3 business days for in-stock items.
• Pre-Order Items: Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and shipping.
• Once your order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, Gorgeouz Girlz is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
• All orders include tracking information. If your package is marked as delivered, any delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless you receive a defective or incorrect item. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued. Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
